Young Thug’s Seized Jewelry to Be Returned to Company Following Rapper’s Request

It looks like Young Thug is going to be down a few carats thanks to a recent ruling.

Earlier this week, Fox 5 Atlanta reported that on Feb. 21 Fulton County Superior Court Judge Paige Reese Whitaker signed off on a consent order sending back several pieces of the 33-year-old rapper’s jewelry to Rafaello & Company Inc.

The jewelry in question includes a Rolex Datejust watch that is engraved with the words “King Slime.” Also being sent back to the jewelry company is a diamond cross pendant; a necklace with circular and square green jewels; a double-row diamond tennis necklace; diamond stud earrings; and a diamond ring with 13 diamonds.

Last month, the rapper, born Jeffery Williams, requested the return of jewelry, luxury cars, and just over $140,000 in cash seized during the YSL raid. The petition, filed by the rapper’s lawyers, cited the following items: a 2022 Chevrolet Corvette, a 2022 Porsche 911, two Mercedes-Benz AMG GTs, expensive jewelry, firearms, and $149,426 in cash. A scheduled hearing for the petition was canceled without explanation.

Thug, and two dozen of his YSL associates, were indicted for racketeering and other crimes in 2022. After entering a non-negotiated plea deal in October 2024, the Atlanta rapper received a 40-year sentence from Judge Whitaker in in the YSL RICO case.

Aside from requesting the return of his jewelry, the Jeffery rapper recently called for the release of the currently incarcerated Pooh Shiesty via X, formerly known as Twitter, last month. “Free poohshiesty” he simply wrote. Shiesty, born Lontrell Denell Williams Jr., was handed a five-year, three-month prison sentence in April of last year in his firearms conspiracy case stemming from a 2020 shooting.
