Nikola Jokić Jokes About Performing 50 Cent’s “Many Men”

Nikola Jokić teased that he would give fans a treat and perform 50 Cent‘s 2003 hit “Many Men.”

During a postgame interview, NBA on TNT Tuesday’s Adam Lefkoe asked Jokić to rap the lyrics of Fif’s song.

Jokić’s teammate Deandre Jordan revealed on the Run It Back Show last week that the six-time NBA All-Star loves “Many Men” and knows all its words.

Lefkoe made note of that and sang the chorus, trying to get Jokić to join, which he hilariously turned down.

“No, no, no, I’m not. DJ is a bad teammate. I love the song, I love the song, but I’m not going to [sing it],” the Denver Nuggets center said while laughing.

Lefkoe asked if Jokić really knew all the words, but he denied that and called Jordan a liar.

“No, no, he’s lying. I don’t know the words. But I’m going to [learn] it. Maybe I’m going to perform, I think,” Jokić said before the NBA on TNT Tuesday crew suggested he do it during NBA All-Star weekend next month.

The song must be fueling Jokić this season if, as Jordan said, he’s asking for it to be played in the locker room.

On Tuesday night, Jokić scored 27 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 assists in the Nuggets’ 144-109 win over the Philadelphia 76ers, his 19th triple-double of the season.

Jokić’s performance this season has been incredible. He’s averaging 30.1 points, 13.2 rebounds, and 9.9 assists while shooting 56.3% from the field and a ridiculous 47.5% from deep.

Back in January, Jokić became the fastest player in NBA history to garner 15,000 points, 7,500 rebounds, and 5,000 assists. He already has three league MVP trophies and could be on his way to another one this year if he keeps up this play—and his hype music.
