Jazz Purple takes to the studio in the video for new single “One Night”

Manchester born artist Jazz Purple has been around long enough to know how to write a catchy tune. He’s worked with the likes of Wiz Kid, Becky Hill and Brad Howard to name but a few. Arguably his best work has come with fellow Manchester native Bipolar Sunshine on tracks such as “Deckchairs on The Moon” and “Pressure”, as well as their own remix of Post Malone‘s “White Iverson”. Having being behind the scenes for a lot of big songs, whether he was writing or producing, Jazz has also started to work on his own music, and his latest song is a testament to just how good he is.

The visuals for his latest single “One Night” see Jazz at Parr Street Studios in Liverpool, performing on a variety of instruments. Helped along by close friends Bipolar Sunshine and Laura White, Jazz effortlessly blurs the lines between catchy Pop music and R&B grooves. With funky guitar riffs accenting some groovy drum patterns, Jazz’s voice glides across the instrumental so smoothly. This is coupled with Laura White’s soft harmonies and Bipolar Sunshine’s crooning to create a song that illuminates the room in the what can be the darkest of times for a lot of us. In my opinion, this song is a feel good anthem, designed to be played loud and to have a little dance to.
