Young Thug Releases New Single + Video “Tick Tock” Off Of His Forthcoming Album PUNK

Young Thug releases ‘Tick Tock’, a brand new single with an extraordinary video, and the first track from Thugger’s highly anticipated forthcoming album, PUNK, releasing October 15th. 
First premiered by Thug at Rolling Loud Miami in July 2021 during his iconic set, the official release of ‘Tick Tock’ follows Young Thug’s critically acclaimed Tiny Desk (Home) Concert where he performed the track with a live band. 
Directed by Emil Nava, the highflying ‘Tick Tock’ video sees Thugger set against the backdrop of a sterile, corporate world where instead of trying to fit in, Thug tears everything down and brings us into a whole new PUNK Thuggerverse fantasy. Filled with new ideas and possibilities, this new realm makes the impossible possible, literally going out with the old and in with the new, with Thug posing the question of what it means to be ‘punk’ in today’s world.
This month, Thugger celebrated turning thirty with a house party in his home city of Atlanta, appeared on the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine and released his Tiny Desk (Home) Concert, where he astounded viewers everywhere as he previewed new music from PUNK, signaling a new era for him both sonically and aesthetically.
