Young Thug Reacts to Parody Account Comparing Him to a Puffer Fish: ‘WTF This Gotta Do With Me?

Young Thug isn’t sure why he’s being included in a newly viral meme.

Daily Noud, an X account that prides itself on being the “no. 1 source” for parody hip-hop news, shared a strange “rap fact” on Tuesday, writing, “The pufferfish can inflate up to roughly three times its normal size for self-defense.”

The meme account attached a photo of Thugger to the post, confusing many in the replies, including the rapper himself.

“Wtf this gotta do with me,” he replied in a quote tweet.

Thugger has been pretty vocal on social media lately and isn’t backing down from calling out critics, law enforcement, or trolls.

Last Friday (March 28), he clapped back at a troll who compared him unfavorably to Playboi Carti after teasing new music. 

“Y’all mfers goin have to beg me to drop this shit nocizzy,” he wrote before a Carti fan responded with, “U NOT CARTI LIL BRA.”

Thugger didn’t let it slide, writing, “I wonder who’s couch you’re on tweeting this.”

The user attempted to make amends with a lengthy apology that some users suspect was AI-generated.

The rapper also took aim at Atlanta Police Department investigator Marissa Viverito on Tuesday (April 1), calling her the “biggest liar in the DA office.”

These tweets came after accusations surfaced that Viverito falsely implicated him and Lil Baby in criminal activity.

Thugger also weighed in on Young Scooter’s death on Tuesday to dispute the official autopsy ruling by tweeting, “Autopsy came back Street got shot.” However, the Atlanta Police Department issued a statement pushing back against the misinformation. You can read more about this here.
