Ye Reportedly Sued By Former Assistant for Alleged Drugging and Sexual Assault

Ye has been sued for allegedly sexually assaulting and drugging a former assistant at a studio session for Sean “Diddy” Combs.

TMZ reports that Ye’s ex-assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, alleges in a lawsuit, filed Oct. 8, that while she was at a studio session in Santa Monica, Calif., she allegedly received a drink that was “laced with an unidentified drug.”

Pisciotta claims that West was the person who ordered the drink to be poured and that she felt “disoriented” and in “less control of her body and speech” after consuming it. The next morning, she alleges that she felt sick and “immense shame” but was still unsure of what happened.

Though Diddy is named in the lawsuit, he hasn’t been accused of doing anything wrong.

This is the second time that Pisciotta has sued Ye this year. Back in June, his former assistant filed a lawsuit against him for sexual harassment and wrongful termination. In the filing, she stated that she began working with him in 2021 as he geared up to release his popular fashion line, Yeezy.

She was reportedly offered one million for the job — with the only condition being that she had to be available to him for 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Piscotta was additionally making one million a year by being an OnlyFans content creator before closing the account in 2022 due to Ye’s suggestion for her to be more “God Like.”

Because she complied, Ye allegedly claimed that he would increase her salary to two million a year — but it wasn’t actually ever increased. Around this time, she claims that he began sending her a series of vulgar text messages.

“See my problem is I be wanting to fuck but then after I fuck I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fucked while I’m fucking them. Then I want her to cheat on me,” one of the messages allegedly reads.

Pisciotta also alleges that Ye masturbated on the phone with her, locked her in a room so he could masturbate next to her, and also that he got very angry after she shut down his advances.

She claims that she was eventually promoted to chief of staff of several of the rapper’s companies in September of 2022 before being fired a month later. A three million offer in severance was never received either.

In response to the lawsuit, Ye announced through his attorney that he would be pursuing legal action against her for the “baseless” claims — as well as, bizarrely, making a joke about her chin by comparing it to Jay Leno’s.
