XP The Marxman and Daniel Son team up for some work on “Already” [Video]

L.A. native XP The Marxman teams up with Canadian emcee Daniel Son on his newest release "Already" - a brooding record that comes with all guns blazing from the street-savvy duo.

The sonic craftsmanship of SlideBeatz is nothing to toy with and from the moment you hit the play button, the dark menacing guitar engulfs the ears. This plays an integral part in the way the wordsmiths weave their gritty lyrics with reckless abandon. XP mounts the beat with his unique low gruff voice and reflects on some losses with lines like"...My fingernails is dirty from rolling all the trees up/ Saw the homie married the game, no prenup/ You know she took it all when they no longer agreeing..." Daniel Son comes through on the second verse and completes the mission on his own accord as he tries to dodge the feds, balance his triple beam dream, and make it to heaven. This is strictly for staunch lovers of that good ole hard-hitting underground hip-hop.

"Already" is taken from XP The Marxman's SlideBeatz-produced album Sincere Leader Pt. 2. This project is the follow-up to his previous collaborations with Roc Marciano and IceRocks.
