Freestyling will always live on as part of Juice WRLD's legacy.
The late, lyrically gifted rapper previously stopped by British DJ Charlie Sloth's show "Fire in the Booth" last February in Los Angeles, Calif. for an epic freestyling extravaganza, entertaining random beats and even random word prompts for over 10 minutes. Sloth posted the video yesterday on Christmas as a gift to Juice WRLD's fans to remember his effortless talent.
"This is a very special Fire In The Booth and its on YouTube now!! RIP Juice!!! The greatest freestyler I ever met!!!" Sloth captioned his Instagram video.
The nearly 15-minute clip started with a bold statement: "We believe Juice WRLD's Fire in the Booth was one of the greatest freestyles ever."
Juice WRLD switched up his flow for four different songs, keeping up the fire with the unexpected being thrown at him. "And me, I got fire, I feel like a dragon/ I'm flying on this beat like a carpet, Aladdin/ I'm out of space, I'm sad, I'm spitting these flows/ You know how it is/ I rap a little and switch up the flow," he rapped about his technique.
Sloth was surprised at his request to throw random words at him to prompt the next bars, which the show host claimed would've taken some artists about three months to write and prepare.
"You just come in here and say, 'I don't want to hear the beats. I just want to freestyle over the beats.' And now you're saying, 'Throw some words at me, Sloth!'?" he asked in disbelief.
