Swae Lee Surprises Invisible Fans With Street Performance in London

Swae Lee’s in London right now, and he doesn’t know how to act. The rapper has been enjoying himself, uploading plenty of videos and photos to the socials on his most recent trip to the UK and in his most recent post, he proves that he’s truly a man of the people when he stopped in the middle of a park to bless a few lucky fans with his vocals.

In the clip, the Rae Sremmurd rapper posts up with a street performer, flexing her chops on the string instrument better known as a hurdy-gurdy (s/o to Matthew P. for the musical knowledge). He blesses us with a few vocals as he sings a part of the hook to “Unforgettable” along to the woman’s playing, and he’s a little out of tune might we add.

Nonetheless, he then turns to thank his audience and walks away. A quick pan with the camera, however, reveals that there’s no one in sight even paying attention to Swae, and if our instincts serve us right, we’d venture to say that our trusty hurdy-gurdy player doesn’t even know who the man that briefly stole her spotlight is. Right place, wrong time.

The good news is that if you’re looking to hear more of Swae’s vocals live and in full effect, Rae Sremmurd and Wiz Khalifa just announced tour dates for their forthcoming “Dazed & Blazed” joint tour. The 27-city trek will also feature Lil Skies and O.T. Genasis.
