RETROi$AWESOME drops another music video with "AIGHT BET" –

Hailing from Plainfield, New Jersey, RETROi$AWESOME had put out an array of singles in 2019 to follow his mixtape from 2018, SWI$HTAPE. “AIGHT BET” is the latest release from the rapper along with a new music video shot by Uniqueeexvision.

“AIGHT BET,” produced by Tommy Zahh, is a bite-sized track that delivers heavy 808s dubbed over confident and high-hoped bars. It’s a track that caters to people who think anything is possible, even through the doubt. Through his story, RETRO has learned to turn his ear to negativity and stay on his note.

This song only consists of one verse, and its flow is simple with a “prove them wrong” energy. Tommy Zahh lays some humming synths keys underneath rattling 808s on the production for RETRO to speak with a contrasting temperament. His rapping is driven here by showing his haters that he’ll be whatever he wants and that he’ll obtain whatever he sets his mind to. The music video shows RETRO walking around Jersey, delivering “AIGHT BET” on a graffitied footbridge.
