Millyz shares new single & video “Closure”
Hot off the heels of his remarkable “Fire In The Booth” freestyle, and receiving a glowing cosign from the West Coast icon Snoop Dogg, the Cambridge, Massachusetts rapper Millyz has just shared his new single and visual for “Closure”. The sentimental track off of his forthcoming project Blanco 5, out 5/27, shows Millyz wearing his heart on his sleeve and flexing his natural songwriting abilities and catchy flows over a smooth & polished instrumental. On “Closure”, Millyz uses his on-brand lyricism and witty wordplay to wax poetic about his own personal struggles with intimacy, vulnerability & the ups and downs of a tumultuous relationship. Although he is known for his hard-hitting raps, this song is a prime example of his eclectic musicality and knack for crafting catchy records that still maintain his signature personable appeal. “Closure” is just a sampler of the wide-ranging sounds, cutthroat bars, and forthright honesty fans can expect on Millyz’s highly-anticipated project Blanco 5.
Millyz has been lighting the internet on fire all year with standout freestyles on L.A. Leakers, The Come Up Show, and most recently Fire In The Booth. Last year things started to really heat up for him with the release of his last project Blanco 4 in 2021. The album had a string of successful singles including “Emotions” featuring G Herbo, “Benny Blanco” alongside expert bar spitter Benny The Butcher & “Hopeless” with Jadakiss, who has served as a mentor for Millyz for the past decade. Leading up to the release of Blanco 5, Millyz has released the singles “Ashes In The Maybach” featuring Mozzy and “Love/Hate” (feat. Gio Dee). After catching the attention of mainstream tastemakers and developing a committed fanbase through his non-stop work ethic and dedication to hip-hop, Millyz is ready for the world to see his full vision & potential with the release of Blanco 5 on 5/27.
