Lil Wayne Wins Best Response to President Biden’s ‘I’m Sick’ Tweet by Turning It Into “A Milli” Lyric

The line comes from the end of the second verse of the New Orleans native’s “A Milli.” In the verse, Wayne rapped, “Motherfucker, I’m ill, not sick / And I’m okay, but my watch sick, yeah, my drop sick / Yeah, my Glock sick, and my knot thick — I’m it.”

There were some other hilarious retweets from people who flipped Biden’s tweet. One person mentioned Ne-Yo’s distaste for love songs from his 2006 track “So Sick,” while another used a still shot of the 2021 AFC Divisional playoff game where the Kansas City Chiefs forced overtime and took home the win after trailing the Buffalo Bills 36 to 33 with three seconds left in the fourth quarter.
