Kiari Stone resurfaces with his engaging new video for, “No Chaser”
Recently, Las Vegas' hip-hop scene has made headlines due to the work that Sin City rapper Baby Keem has been putting in. What plenty of fans and media outlets got wrong, though, was their assessment in this being a new scene, as artists like Dizzy Wright, Tha Landlord, Jazz Lazr, Richie Bux and Trade Voorhees have been making waves for years. Another name placed firmly on that list is North Las Vegas native Kiari Stone, who made national waves under his previous moniker, Kiari The Stone, and is one of the city's favorite sons. Looking to kick off a busy Winter, he checks into our pages with his cinematic new video for, "No Chaser."
Directed by Stone himself, the video finds him and featured model, Tayler Neill as they get into some typical Vegas shenanigans. Showcasing popular Vegas foodie favorite Pop's Philly Steaks, the video find's it's footing through a charismatic performance by Stone, as well as the different color schemes bouncing off of one another provided by things like the red sports car, his bright orange Supreme shirt and the neon sign beaming high above Pop's. After seemingly establishing his status as a baller with his model companion, sports car and good eats, the end of the video quickly throws water on his hot streak. Ending with a hilarious scene in which he asks her to be in his video, he mentions everything will eventually see in the video, including the car. This prompts her to ask him where he will get this car, considering he's in her front seat, to which he simply replies, "Ima steal it," bringing everything full circle.
In all, "No Chaser," serves as the perfect comeback record for Kiari Stone. Be sure to check it out above and get familiar.
