As evidenced by fan posts and mother Kim Kardashian-West's narration, Chicago -- whose precise birthday was Jan. 15 -- had an absolute blow-out Alice In Wonderland-themed celebration, which included one of many household's beloved elaborate floral preparations, in addition to employed actors dressed as Alice and the Queen of Hearts, a personalized maze, Alice-themed sweets and cake and celeb visitors together with John Legend
and Chrissy Teigen.
