It Sure Sounds Like Offset Is Talking About Cardi B on New Song “Ten”
Offset rolled out another new one on Friday—Valentine’s Day, no less—and it’s been hard not to look into the track’s lyrics as potentially being intended for Cardi B.
Cardi, to be clear, is not directly named in the track produced by London Jae, Yak Beats, and BC MOON. But given that the song sees the Migos alum asserting that he “ain’t sorry ‘bout shit,” listeners have connected it to his and Cardi’s on-again, off-again relationship.
“You gon’ have to fuck ‘bout 10 more n***as to get over me,” Offset sings in the tracks opening moments. He then kicks off the first verse by labeling an unnamed individual “a peon” (“I ain’t going back and forth with a peon”), later referring to himself as “a dog” while arguing that the intended target of the lyrics should have known this about him.
I ain’t sorry ’bout shit, what you talm’ ’bout?
You knew a n***a was a dog like a Rottweiler
Later, Offset puts money above all, telling a former romantic partner (possibly Cardi?) that he doesn’t “need” them or “love” them because he has money.
I don’t need you, I got money
I don’t miss you, I got money
Love you, but not like money
Love all my hoes the same
An abbreviated second verse finds Offset doubling down, arguing that he was “just fucking the bitches” while the unnamed ex “was nitpicking.”

At the moment, the couple is assumed to still be very much residing in Splitsville. Last year, divorce-focused reports again made the rounds, with Cardi herself later taking to social media to air a number of grievances.
In January, Cardi got more specific when talking to fans on a livestream, revealing that she and her estranged husband hadn’t agreed on the terms of their divorce. She also alleged there were issues of competitiveness between the two, albeit one-sided.
