Ciara has one more gift for fans before the summer's out. Earlier this week, CiCi announced that her third single of 2018, "Dose," would drop on Friday. Now, the Warner Bros. artist is previewing a snippet of the upcoming track ESPN, but only the marching band instrumental can be heard so far.
The track's cover art seems to be inspired by Whitney Houston, with Ciara rocking a classic 1980s hairstyle. "New Single #Dose out 9/14!! Tune into ESPN All Day, Everyday to hear a snippet! I’m soooo excited," she wrote on Instagram. The First Lady of Crunk&B's seventh studio album is still without a title or release date.
"Dose" follows previous singles from Ciara's comeback, including the experimental "Freak Me" and "Level Up," which spawned the viral "Level Up" challenge featuring famous participants including Serena Williams, Macklemore, Janelle Monae, Chris Pratt and more. The dance-fused tune has peaked at No. 59 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was remixed by Missy Elliott and Fat Man Scoop.
