Cardi B, Karl-Anthony Towns, Rauw Alejandro, Fat Joe, Amaya Espinal of Love Island, and David Ortiz were among the cultural icons honored by New York City restaurant Sei Less with its Hispanic Heritage Month menu.
The $50 prix-fixe menu, which debuted on Monday and will be available until Oct. 15, consists of a four appetizers, four entrées, two desserts, and a signature cocktail. The Rauw Alejandro Sweet and Sour Chicken was attached to the Puerto Rican artist because it is the dish that he orders during his late-night visits.
The Karl-Anthony Towns Dark Chocolate Mousse is described as decadent and layered, which speaks to his versatile game.
Other dishes from Sei Less include the Cardi B Lobster Spoons, and the Carlos Alcaraz Streamed Shrimp Dumplings.
Opened in Jan. 2022, Sei Less is an Asian Fusion restaurant that has become a destination venue for celebrities and foodies alike, who want to try Chef Allan Ma’s innovative take on the typical dish.
