Brianna LaPaglia Addresses Zach Bryan’s ‘Deafening’ Silence Following Abuse Allegations

Brianna LaPaglia has addressed her ex Zach Bryan’s lack of response to her allegations of emotional abuse.

In a new episode of her podcast BFFs, LaPaglia says that him choosing not to respond says a lot about who he really is. “The response itself, the silence, is deafening,” she said. “I think his response proves his character again. It just kind of proves everything I said in the last episode, and it is a little frustrating.”

“I took the high road. I didn’t share the whole story, and me taking the high road wasn’t out of stupidity or protection, it was me throwing him a bone,” she added. “I don’t believe people are lost causes. It was my final cry [for] help to try to get him to see what he does to people and try to get him to get help.”

LaPaglia then suggested that she has the materials to verify her claims. “I obviously think he’s not responding because if he is to respond, he has to deny it,” she said. “And if he denies it, then I’m full story, then I post all the videos and recordings.”

In a previous episode of BFFs that aired recently, LaPaglia alleged that she was offered $12 million to sign an NDA following her breakup with Bryan. “I was approached by his team and I was offered a lot of money—like, a big lump sum of money—and a few options,” she said. “Basically, I would have gotten the money over the course of three years. I would have had to sign all of my experiences, everything that I am away to this person.”

LaPaglia also claimed that Bryan had former partners do this as well. “It came down to the point of I’m not the people before, and I was someone before you, and you made the women before me believe that they had no other choice than to take money from you, sign their experiences away, sign what they went through away,” she said.

Though she admitted that she considered it “for a second,” she decided not to. LaPaglia also added that she doesn’t think it’s right to “pay people off that you hurt for them to protect you. I did not accept any money. I will not accept any money. I think that’s beneath me. I think that’s fucked up.”
