Blueface’s Father Threw Chrisean Jr.’s First Birthday Party: ‘Hope You Have an Amazing, Blessed Day’
Blueface and Chrisean Rock’s son Chrisean Jr. was still able to have a birthday celebration thanks to his grandfather.
The 27-year-old “Thotiana” rapper, born Johnathan Porter, is currently serving a four year sentence for violating his probation in connection to assault charges he received after an altercation with a security guard in 2021.
On the other hand, 24-year-old Rock was arrested in June after arriving at Blueface’s hearing at a Los Angeles courthouse on a felony fugitive warrant in addition to an assault with a deadly weapon charge, according to TMZ. Last month, Rock was extradited to Oklahoma over drug charges, per FOX 11 Los Angeles.
In the absence of Chrisean Jr.’s parents, Blueface’s father, Jonathan “Papa Blue” Porter Sr., has stepped up to the plate and carried out a party for the infant’s first birthday.
“I wanted to wish Chrisean Jr. a happy first birthday. Hope you have an amazing, blessed day,” the grandfather said in a video shared to his Instagram account on Tuesday while standing next to a table full of wrapped presents.
“Free Blueface. Also, we are all hoping that they free Chrisean within the next week,” he added, saying that he hopes the mother and son can go online to open up all the gifts with fans. “Thank you so much, much love, couldn’t do it without you.”
Hours later, Papa Blue shared a separate compilation video of what appears to be close family and friends sending Chrisean Jr. their birthday wishes.
