Blueface Transferred From Los Angeles Jail to Central California Prison; Mugshot Released Amid 4-Year Sentence

Blueface has officially started his four-year sentence after he was transferred from jail to a prison facility.

On Thursday, TMZ shared the West Coast rapper’s latest mugshot as he was sent to the general population at North Kern State Prison in central California. The 27-year-old artist was previously sitting behind bars at the Men’s Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles.

The new facility offers several job opportunities as well as classes to help Blueface transition back to regular life following his prison sentence, in case he needs it, per TMZ. The offers Blueface received came after his criminal record, life history, and relationships were looked into.

The “Thotiana” rapper was initially on probation for a 2021 assault case, which he violated by being caught with drug paraphernalia, leading to his imprisonment. Blueface’s mother has been working diligently to get her son released, going as far as asking Kim Kardashian to help with the case.

“Can you please get my grandson’s parents out of jail?,” she wrote in an Instagram Story at the time. Unfortunately, Kim K never publicly responded to her request.

Blueface’s unfortunate situation was recently the focus of Soulja Boy’s rant on Instagram Live. The Atlanta native had a few words for people who have criticized him but don’t even have their own lives in order. According to Big Draco, in a livestream this week, people who aren’t minding their own business will end up in a similar situation like Blueface.
