Bigg Unccc Announces ‘Young Rich Villain’ Project and Shares “Call Of Duty” Video
Stringing witticisms together with a Memphis drawl, Bigg Unccc flexes just as hard as any of his Paper Route Empire labelmates. Giving a glimpse into the calculating mindset of a ruthless operator, Unccc announces Young Rich Villain, his debut mixtape, coming soon. Finding unexpected pockets in instrumentals with his triplet flow, Bigg Unccc excels at keeping the opps off-balance with outlandish boasts and lack of conscience. He revels in his bad guy image, his rhymes teeming with sinister street stories and clever turns of phrase. Home to his recent single “Free Roccout,” which he released last month, Young Rich Villain arrives on September 9th via Paper Route Empire.
Along with the announcement of the tape, Unccc shares the video for “Call Of Duty.” Buoyed by dramatic pianos and ominous blasts of organ, Unccc delivers overlapping bars that make clear that he should never be trifled with: “I’m rockin’ Cartier, might cop an Audemar/These n****s broke and they not in my calend-ar,” he spits. The new video takes inspiration from the titular video game series, as Unccc stalks an abandoned building in his hometown with a souped-up strap and his head on a swivel.
Bigg Unccc is a standout artist on Paper Route Empire’s talented roster of Memphis risers. He first earned mainstream attention from his appearances on 2021’s PAPER ROUTE iLLUMINATi compilation mixtape, including “Beat It,” in which Unccc goes toe-to-toe with Young Dolph, and “Dead Body,” a collaboration with Dolph and PaperRoute Woo. Earlier this year, Unccc paid tribute to his mentor Dolph with his single “Letter to Flippa.”
With South Memphis on his back and a chip on his shoulder, look for Bigg Unccc’s profile to rise as he drops more music.
