B-boy Fidget shares the visuals for his single “So Broke” [Video]
Rapper and break-dancer B-boy Fidget released his 11-track LP No Compromise a while back and even served us the visuals to the single “Congratulations” that were featured here. The rapper is sure far from sleeping on his oars and he is back with another set of visuals, this time for “So Broke”—a reflective track that chronicles his journey from the bottom to where he is now. Over a bouncy guitar laced production, he shares his thoughts on his past and reveals why he makes music as a form of therapy.
The accompanying music video was directed by RenisanS and B-boy Fidget himself. Both parties make use of a plethora of images from the recent social upheaval in the states and much more. The video captures the rapper in his element spliced with clips from BLM protestors drowning out in tear gas from the anti-riot cops. There are quite a lot of shots of people in face masks which shows how much things have changed over the course of a year.
“So Broke” is taken from B-boy Fidget’s No Compromise LP. No Compromise OUT NOW! on Spotify
