Ariana Grande Addresses ‘Eternal Sunshine Tour’ Ticket Resellers: ‘It’s Not Right’

Ariana Grande is set to embark on a tour next year, but some fans have had trouble getting their tickets.

Last month, the “Twilight Zone” hitmaker announced the Eternal Sunshine Tour — which will mark her first tour in seven years. But when the pre-sale kicked off earlier this week, many fans took to social media to express their frustrations with congested Ticketmaster queues. By the time some fans made it through the queues, the tickets were already sold out. Some people who purchased tickets resold them at significantly higher prices.

On Saturday, Sept. 13, Grande wrote on her Instagram Story to address resellers and assure the Arianators that she and her team are handling the situation.

“hi my angels,” she wrote. “i have been on set all week but i wanted to let you know that what’s been happening with the secondary ticket resellers has been brought to my attention and of course i am incredibly bothered by it. i’ve been on the phone every second of my free time fighting for a solution.”

Grande is currently filming Focker In-Law and also gearing up for the Wicked: For Good press tour. On top of this, she is planning the Eternal Sunshine Tour, and making sure her fans will be able to attend despite this resale predicament.

“i hear you and hopefully, we will be able to get more of these tickets into your hands instead of theirs,” Grande continued. “it’s not right. i just wanted you to know that my team and i see it and that i care very much and we will do, and are doing everything we can.”

She closed out with a special message for fans, letting them know “i love you all so much and thank you for your patience and understanding.”

Grande released her seventh studio album, Eternal Sunshine, back in March 2024. A year later, she released a deluxe version of the album accompanied by a short film called Brighter Days Ahead. Earlier this month, Brighter Days Ahead won the Video of the Year award at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards.

The Eternal Sunshine Tour is schedule to kick off in Oakland, California in June 2026, and will continue through August before wrapping in London, England.
