Adin Ross Alleges Megan Thee Stallion and Roc Nation Served Him Legal Papers Via Mariachi Band
Adin Ross claims his latest run-in with Megan Thee Stallion and Roc Nation’s legal team was anything but ordinary.
During a recent livestream, Ross told DJ Akademiks that a mariachi band appeared at his home, which he described as a ploy to get him outside so he could be served with a deposition. Ross recounted the bizarre moment, saying the musicians weren’t there to perform.
“Listen to what the lawyers did. They called a mariachi to my house,” said Ross. “They called a mariachi, like a Mexican band, to perform outside my house […] to make me want to come outside so they can serve me the paper.”
Ross then showed alleged proof by sharing a picture of the band outside his home on surveillance cameras. He initially thought it was a prank from one of his viewers, but later found out through security who was really responsible.
Ross said the supposed tactic is tied to the ongoing fallout from the Tory Lanez trial. Akademiks, who also received a subpoena, clarified on stream that neither he nor Ross is being sued. Rather, they are being pulled in as potential witnesses.
Ross insists the mariachi band’s presence was no coincidence. He told Akademiks that representatives of Megan Thee Stallion and Roc Nation directed the band to his house as a legal maneuver. So far, no documentation or outside confirmation has surfaced to verify his account.
Akademiks, for his part, blasted the tactic as harassment, calling the subpoenas more about intimidation than justice. He also claimed that ROC Nation’s legal team asked a federal court in New Jersey to have him deposed, despite having Ak already do one that lasted seven hours.
The allegations have spread quickly across social media, with many fans questioning whether Ross’s story is exaggerated or if such a theatrical legal delivery actually happened. As of now, neither Megan Thee Stallion’s camp nor Roc Nation’s attorneys have commented publicly on Ross’s claims.
