Attorney Tony Buzbee, Representing Diddy Accusers, Sued for Assault

Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ accusers, is being sued for assault.

According to TMZ, Buzbee is accused of assaulting a woman he had been representing in a divorce case. A source alleges the lawyer flew into a “fit of rage” when he noticed Jane Doe in a public place several years ago and pushed a champagne flute into her face, causing her to chip a tooth.

The alleged incident is not detailed in court documents obtained by TMZ.

The woman said she can provide medical and dental records as proof of the injury she suffered.

Buzbee is also accused of malpractice over his handling of her case, which allegedly cost her millions.

“Tony Buzbee is a hypocrite,” the woman’s lawyer, Jeremy Bohrer, told the outlet. “There is nothing worse than when a black hat masquerades as a white hat.”

The lawsuit comes days after news surfaced about an anonymous celebrity suing Buzbee for “shamelessly attempting to extort exorbitant sums from him or else publicly file wildly false horrific allegations against him.”

The “celebrity and public figure who resides in Los Angeles” claims Buzbee sent him a letter threatening to “unleash entirely fabricated and salacious allegations of sexual assault” if he refused to cooperate in their case against Combs.

The suit alleges Buzbee and his law firm are trying to get public figures who have been friends with Diddy in the past.

Buzbee announced in a press conference last month that he was representing 120 individuals who came forward with allegations against Combs over the course of two decades. Of those 120 accusers, 25 were underage when the alleged abuse occurred.
