Foxy Brown Addresses Speculation About the Nature of Her Reltionship With Jay-Z: ‘Ya’ll Want Me to Be Anti-Hov So Bad’

Foxy Brown has addressed speculation that she slept with Jay-Z when she was underage.

In a series of posts, Brown systematically debunked long-standing rumors, including the allegation that Jay had her sign an NDA.

“Miss me wit tha fake news NDA?” she wrote.

Brown also shared a post honoring Russell Simmons, who was hit with several sexual assault allegations over the years.

“Dear Russell, being your first protege was one of the greatest joys of my life,” Foxy wrote. “We had the biggest bidding war in hip hop history but they really never stood a chance, I knew I’d chosen the best! Your kind soul is a rarity in this industry. Baby C’s so lucky to have you as a godfather!”

Brown continued by addressing a YouTube video about herself, Jay, and Diddy. “Stop playin’ wit me name dyin’ for a comment!” Brown wrote. “Can’t spin me with the sucker shit to take Hov down. Betta ask ‘bout tha cloth I’m cut from.”

She also addressed those that she said wnt her to be anti-Hov “so bad.”

The 46-year-old became good friends with Jay after she signed with Def Jam in 1996, and he co-wrote several of her songs, including “Get Me Home,” “Big Bad Mamma,” and “Hot Spot.” Brown and Jay also appeared on their respective records, including the suggestive “Ain’t No N***,” which was recorded when Brown was still a teenager.

Speculation about the nature of their relationship took off after Nas referenced them hooking up on his scathing Jay-Z diss track “Ether” in 2001, with the line “Foxy got you hot ’cause you kept your face in her puss / What you think, you getting girls now ’cause of your looks?”

In 2013, rumors emerged that Brown lost her virginity to Jay and caught gonorrhea from him, but she shot those rumors down during in an interview with TMZ.
