Logan Paul Breaks Down in Tears After Asking Machine Gun Kelly for Parenting Advice

Machine Gun Kelly moved Logan Paul to tears while giving him some words of wisdom about fatherhood.

The 29-year-old YouTube personality announced in April that he and fiancée Nina Adgal are expecting their first child together. The couple first began dating in 2022 and became engaged the following year.

MGK, who is the father of 15-year-old Casie Colson Baker, was a guest on the most recent episode of Paul’s Impaulsive podcast.

Towards the end of the episode, the dad-to-be took the opportunity to ask Kelly for advice on being a “girl dad.”

“I’m expecting a daughter in two months. I know how much you love your daughter and you speak so highly of her,” Paul said at the 1:01:15 mark in the video linked above.

“Dude, help me. What can I expect, dude? I’m gonna be a girl dad, which is terrifying but so exciting at the same time. This next chapter of my life is so close, but I haven’t done anything for this. My life has not changed at all. Then all of a sudden I have a daughter.”

“Everything that you do from the day that she is conceived to the day that she dies, everything will have an effect on her. So always try and watch the tone of your voice,” MGK shared. “Your pheromones are so important, you know? Make sure that you keep that girl close to you.”

“This made me bawl my eyes out. My daughter came to me and she was like, ‘I just need your hug. There’s nothing like my dad’s hug,’” the rapper added, saying he wiped tears while hugging his kid in that moment.

“That comes from just like years and years of just always giving that safe embrace, right? You’re the first man she’s ever going to be in love with,” he added before Paul began shedding tears.

“So you have this connection with her. No matter what anybody does in her life, no matter who she marries, or whatever—you are always going to be the safe place for your daughter,” MGK continued. “Give her that love that so many young girls and grown women out here don’t get to have.”

“Fuck you, bro,” Logan joked while wiping away tears with his shirt.

MGK welcomed his daughter Casie in 2009 with his ex Emma Cannon. The performer, who has struggled with substance abuse in the past but is now celebrating a year of sobriety, credited his daughter for helping him get sober.

“It started with my daughter saying, ‘Dad, you know I can tell when you’re high?’ It broke my heart,” MGK told hosts Gillie Da Kid and Wallo on a recent episode of the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast. “It was the ultimate letdown.”

“It took me a while afterward because obviously drugs have a vice grip on you,” MGK continued. “Also, bro, I grew up in a house where being somebody else was beaten into me. So it gets to the point when you’re in fifth grade, sixth grade, you start to become ashamed of who you are because you aren’t who your father wants you to be. And really, that’s just a reflection of him not being who he wanted to be.”
