Washington Wizards to Honor Pusha T With Bobblehead Giveaway

Pusha T continued by reminding Washington sports fans that the Wizards are the closest team to his hometown of Virginia Beach, and that the rapper has had a soft spot for D.C. since his childhood.

“Where I’m from in Virginia, the closest team that we had to us was the Wizards,” he explained. “So, we naturally gravitated in fanfare to the Wizards. It’s always been like that since they were the Bullets.”  

He added, “I just have such a strong history, it’s always been very supportive, D.C. has always been supportive of my music career.”
