Z-Wayne Unveils “Feel Alive” Video From ‘PEMA’ Project
Washington, D.C. – Rising Washington, D.C. rapper Z-Wayne releases a music video for single “Feel Alive” off his recently unveiled project ‘Please Excuse My Absence.’ Capturing the feel of the emotionally charged banger, Wayne enlists Be Different Media to shoot a home feel visual in which portrays the emcee in multiple scenes leading up the the day ‘PEMA’ was dropped.
Coming off a hiatus, Z wanted to put out an EP that reflected his growth as a man, thus ‘Please Excuse My Absence’ was born, which encapsulated a more mature sound and mentally. Multiple factors led to the new and improved Wayne, from fatherhood to enduring a change of lifestyle during COVID, Z has been hardened into a fully mature adult and it shows with his latest musical offering.
Composed of ten tracks, ‘PEMA’ is Z’s most complete offering to date. Powered by hard-hitting production and heartfelt lyrics, Z is more transparent than ever in curating music that hits the soul a bit deeper. Beyond music, Wayne procured his latest work for a bigger purpose than just himself. The legacy he plans to build for his son, his team, and himself outweigh any short-term win. Also he is advocating mental health awareness for black men so a stream for this project is a stream towards a bigger thing than just music.
