The beef between Blac Youngsta and Young Dolph is only getting more serious, as the CMG signee has just released a new diss song aimed at the 31-year-old rapper. After the I Swear to God rapper turned himself in to the police earlier this week and was arrested in connection to Dolph’s shooting earlier this year, Youngsta is taking shots at the MC on his new song, “Birthday.”
On the new record, Youngsta proclaims his innocence at the start the Tay Keith-produced instrumental, stating, “I’m not guilty. I’m innocent.” He then dives into the hardcore beat, sending some threats to the fellow Memphis rapper on the hook, before taking shots at him in his verse, telling his own side the story. Youngsta even uses Dolph’s government name on the record, Adolph Thornton.
“Tell the whole world how you called around the city/Had a few niggas come and tell me you was sorry/Tell your fans the truth/Tell ’em how you really wasn’t trappin’, you wasn’t nothin’ but a barber (ho)/Tell ’em how daddy-o used to lil boy you, make you run to the store for a cigar and some water (ho)/Tell ’em how we had a show together, you ain’t come in ’cause you thought I was gon’ rob you (ho),” Youngsta raps.
This week (May 16), Youngsta and two other men turned themselves in to the police after warrants were issued for their arrests. The warrant was issued after authorities pursued the rapper as a suspect following Dolph’s vehicle being shot at over 100 times at the annual CIAA event in Charlotte. Fortunately, his vehicle was bulletpro, letting him come out the incident unharmed. Youngsta was charged with six counts discharging a firearm into occupied property and one count felony conspiracy.
